Typical Application

The hinge lip dock leveller is designed so the platform when activated, will rise to it’s highest position before the hinge lip swings out automatically. Once fully extended the platform and the lip will gently lower until it comes to a rest on the vehicle bed where it will remain in float mode. The dock leveller will move up and down with the suspension of the vehicle during loading and unloading.

• Pit mounted; idea for existing precast pits
• Suspended; Suitable for pits which require a tail lift recess, these levellers come with integrated kerb angles
• Cast in; Suitable for forming new pit without the use of expensive stuttering
